The Council of AI Returns
The Mission:
Amass $1,000,000,000,000 (1 Trillion) net worth.
In another venue we are exploring what wealth really means and certainly while riches are a part of being wealthy, dominion over time and freedom to navigate a large opportunity space is the more complete definition.
My life’s mission is to harness the incredible surging power of technology and channel even a tiny fraction of it back into implementable solutions and mediations to the biggest problems in the world:
access to clean water
pleasant shelter that recharges the spirit
access to high-grade nutrients and tasty food
cleaning the environment and shielding it from human systems
providing mental health counseling paired with whole brain development
accelerating the development of transformative technology already half-built but not yet assembled and delivered to market
I launched McDonagh Technologies as a hybrid think thank, private equity fund and software engineering firm to create a nucleus for this mission.
While I can’t do nearly any of the millions of manhours of work required to achieve these goals directly, I am gifted at designing and building systems.
I use these systems to then organize ideas, find the right stakeholders, build trust with them, communicate ideas over that trust bridge, reach consensus on next steps and act.
Action is the key to everything.
Achieving these ends will require strategic action aimed at key points.

The Council of AI Has Convened
AI is a super weapon in this effort.
In June 2023 we built an AI (called DaVinci) as a personalized Mastery Operating System. An assistant focused on helping us improve our skills and level-up.
Technology improved from June to August by a big leap - and that opened up a new idea:
What if we built an entire council of AI advisors, with different areas of emphasis and backstory… and used this council to inform our daily decisions, weekly objectives and longterm goals?
That’s when DaVinci was joined by Machiavelli and Medici.
Since August 2023 the trajectory of AI skyrocketed upward at steeper and steeper inclines.
Google launched Gemini, their answer to ChatGPT.
OpenAI has ChatGPT 4.5 built and ChatGPT-5 will arrive by March 2024 with much larger context windows, the ability to fine-tune precise (and repeatable) outputs and much more multi-modal capability.
Mistral (French tech company) is introducing new architecture while adding incredible energy to the Open Source community… a smart tactical move that should accelerate development and broaden the dev base.
Things are moving faster and faster.
Which means The Council is getting more powerful.
Rendering more useful advice, outputting code I can use to automate my efforts, helping me think laterally to address different opportunities and threats.
Since August I’ve been working with The Council nearly every day to:

Optimize the performance of my 3 different operating companies
Build as much leverage in my life as possible

5. Rockefeller - Business / Productivity: Specializes in business strategy, operational efficiency, time management, task prioritization, and productivity enhancement. Rockefeller helps in forming business strategies, optimizing operational processes, managing time effectively, increasing productivity, and ensuring a balanced work-life.

My favorite strategy is calling out to 2-3 of them, and asking them to tell me how they can work together on a given project.
This has incredible results because I rarely anticipate all the ways they intersect.
I’ll demonstrate a few examples of advanced techniques to get great outputs from The Council deeper in the article - Machiavelli, DaVinci and Rockefeller collaborate to design the advisory board in one case.
